I had a terrible experience at this Pizza Hut. The service was extremely disappointing. The girl working there was rude and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope the management takes action to improve the staff’s attitude and service.”

Should we really be doing food prep on the front counter.
Doesn't seem very hygienic.

I used to love this Pizza Hut Express and it was always my place of choice among the others. It tastes slightly different than the rest of the chain in a good way. It always had plenty of cheese. But the last 3 times I have been in there (in relatively short succession) were ALL crust with a super thin center and very minimal cheese, only in the very center. Please go back to your old style. I won't come here anymore if they continue to be made with all breading, no topping.

Me and my husband came here on may 28th around 6:30pm the sir working at the counter was very kind but the lady working and actually making pizza’s at the Pizza Hut counter was extremely passive aggressive. And it doesn’t make sense that if we got a large pizza one ranch will be enough we asked for 2 more from the other worker since she seemed annoyed already and she came aggressively towards the counter and said “ if it’s more than one we have to charge and that’s completely fine but the tone and the way she talked to us in was very demeaning and I do not appreciate this. I also had just asked if our number was called since we were waiting further away and couldn’t hear her saying the order numbers and she stated “ if I didn’t call it then it’s not done” and I said “ we weren’t here to listen for the order number I’m asking you because it’s been a while.” I just felt like this was a very bad experience for me and my husband.

Came in and ordered a personal pizza , when I ordered the girl at the counter seemed to be one step to death no expression on her face no smile nothing to express having any sort of good day or bad no thank you have a nice day. The guy next to her was texting hiding his phone under some bags I am assuming his boss doesn’t allow him to be at front counter texting and was in hiding it while up there using it.When I came back to pick up the pizza that was thrown in counter and no name or number called they had a container of chicken wings sitting on front counter out in open for everybody to breath in or cough on. I do not know what they were doing with this but if they were preparing for something it should have been done in the back not up front with registers.Also the amount of profanity is insane this place was busy do to holiday weekend and assuming be because it is located in a tourist trap - truck stopMy pizza was not made correctly and was cold when I got it. Very disappointing hopefully you will have better experience

This location would not honer coupons from Pizza hut… seems strange that a company would spend lots of money to get me into their store and than refuse the coupon they sent me!! We ate elsewhere! Very disappointed

Iowa 80 Truck Stop is always worth a stop when you're traveling through. Stretch your legs, explore the offerings. We were in a hurry this time and tried the Taco Bell. You order at a kiosk in the center of the food court and then wait for your food at the counter. I ordered the Doritos tacos and they were the saddest tacos ever. Each one had a crumbling shell with a barely noticeable smidgen of meat. Her burrito was slightly better, but not by much. What little interaction we had with the staff wasn't impressive either. They didn't seem happy to be there. One and a half stars, rounded down because the more I think about those tacos the more disappointed I get.

Worst customer service, waisted money. Very rude
