Never have anything made. Got yelled at for asking how long it'd take for an order. Was told they don't do that.

Iowa 80 Truck Stop is always worth a stop when you're traveling through. Stretch your legs, explore the offerings. We were in a hurry this time and tried the Taco Bell. You order at a kiosk in the center of the food court and then wait for your food at the counter. I ordered the Doritos tacos and they were the saddest tacos ever. Each one had a crumbling shell with a barely noticeable smidgen of meat. Her burrito was slightly better, but not by much. What little interaction we had with the staff wasn't impressive either. They didn't seem happy to be there. One and a half stars, rounded down because the more I think about those tacos the more disappointed I get.

Worst pizza hut I've ever had. Ordered a 3 pack of. bread sticks for 2.49$ and came with 2. Cold, and hard. Took forever to come.

Best Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had hands down. Super fresh, perfect crust and the staff members were kind. Highly recommend whether you're local or traveling! And can't beat the price for a 9"

Food quality was good but MTO.Why are they doing dough prep on service counter without sneeze glass?Backstage task, this is a health violation as well as a brand standard violation. I am a 13 year veteran of the company.I have a picture if Plano wants proof of this.

I've eaten here plenty over the years. I don't have issues here that I wouldn't have anywhere. Note: This is an EXPRESS location >> No deliveries, +50% extra price.Staff today thought thought they don't do Cheesesticks because they are out... I've worked at pizza hut in the past. They literally take a pan of breadsticks & toss some cheese on it and bake it.They aren't out of cheese. They aren't out of breadsticks. They just don't WANT to do Cheesesticks. But whatever, got a 3 topping pizza w/extra cheese instead.

When I asked for napkins after receiving my order the lady with red dyed dreads smacked her lips at me and rolled her eyes. What kind of customer service is that? I guess basic customer service has just become a thing of the past. When I worked fast food if I would've done that they would have written me up or fired me.

The Pizza Hut is next door, but if people wanted to order from there a sign side to order at Taco Bell as you can see it's really one space. This made the line for Taco Bell REALLY long as both are popular places for the fast food crowd. It took awhile to finally order due to the volume of people. I suspect both restaurants were slightly understaffed as most service places are these days. Once I ordered it was about 5 minutes before a lady shouted my name to announce my order was ready. The food was typical in Taco Bell fast food quality. It's acceptable for a hungry road trip. There's a large food court area for people to sit down in to eat. The staff kept the area clean as people left. I don't want you to think I disliked it. It was fine for what it was and I enjoy Taco Bell. But in the end this is a Taco Bell similar to any of the hundreds you drive by all the time. It's good for a quick bite to eat and you can get gas outside to keep going on your road trip.
