Last night around 1am I ordered a combo went to the drink machine and all the flavors were bad (no carbonation, flavor not mixing etc). Guy tried to gaslight me that they were fine, even came over with a little cup and took a taste. Was bizarre. Fountain drink machine needs fixed and don't gaslight people that was petty

I’m running through the door, it’s 10:29 am on a Monday. I get to the tablet and place a breakfast order, but as the minute turns 10:30 a rude voice behind the register 10 feet away from a female worker yells “YOU CANT ORDER OFF THE TABLET WE ARE NO LONGER SERVICE BREAKFAST”. Ok breakfast police. 2 stars because the guy that took our order for kids meal was nice and offered different toy selections.

This truck stop needs a hero!!Truly an incredible experience. I ordered the 4 pc spicy nuggets and they gave me 10 in a large fry container!!! Burger was Ballright and fries were on point, although they made me incredibly gassy. Would recommend to anyone weary after a long day of travel and willing to get gassy in the car

The lady that took our order was so incredibly rude. I ordered the Biggie Bag and asked if it was possible to upgrade to a frosty for my drink ( idk I don’t eat here) and before I could even finish speaking she was interrupting me saying “ I need to know what sandwich you want first, there are six sandwiches on the board you have to tell me that first” she gestured at the board like I can’t read and her tone was so rude and condescending. I am so disappointed. It really sucked to be spoken to that way by another adult. How awful. Go to DQ or the Taco John’s instead. I would not recommend eating here.

The guy making food with a beard and the ladies working today need some customer service skills I waited almost 15 minutes for food had to wait 5 minutes for food to be made but after the 5 minutes I waited longer they made everyone's food that ordered after me also they need to realize that just because someone is watching them make the food they arent staring at the ladies working will not order fromwendys when those three are working again then didnt even give me the right food I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a bacon one got biscuits instead

The older lady working at 10:18pm doesn't apparently understand if no one approaches a number then maybe tell them what it is or at least wait for a moment to see but she is clearly incompetent.
