We went in and ordered a cherry shake and a sundae with banana, brownie, fudge, and whipped cream. The sundae came without whipped cream and we politely asked if we could get whipped cream on it. The worker didn’t say anything and grabbed it. She didn’t say anything after she handed it to us either.
After we got back to the car we realized that it was chocolate sauce instead of fudge and the brownies were cosmic instead of regular brownies. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least, but the cherry shake was good.

I chose a turtle bar out of the freezer up front and it was amazing! Vanilla ice cream with pecans, caramel, and fudge all dipped in a chocolate shell. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Waterloo.
Wish other locations were as professional & could say their customer service matched. The Waterloo location is the BEST out of them all! The store mgr, Emily is top notch! As always, the best Iced goodies around! Culvers, around the corner, cant even begin to match up to these guys!
