We drove to this Sam's Club location in Waterloo to pick-up a tv our local Sam's Club in Cedar Rapids didn't have. A pleasant experience all around. The 'in-stock' numbers on their website were accurate and we had no trouble finding the tv. Friendly staff; especially the door greeter. She informed me that there was an app you could put on your phone instead of having to take out my plastic membership card.
