The food is great and the prices are AMAZING! They have to be losing money everytime someone buys from here because the prices are so unbelievably cheap. You can get a 4/5 star pizza for around 3 bucks!

Purchased one of their rotisserie chickens, drove an hour home only to find the center filled in blood. Was told to bring it back and exchange it ! My time was worth more than the cost of a chicken. I guess my business wasn't work it to them.

Charging me more in the app than the price on the shelf says. Employee was rude when asking about it. I have all my stuff on scan and go, and they claim I have to use a register to get the correct price. Requested a manager, she was rude and said I would have to go to customer service to get that price. Ridiculous that the price cannot easily be adjusted. The worst part was the attitude and rudeness of the manager.

If we can’t make payments at customer service anymore can you have more than one checker? Line of 6 very full carts and I have to wait behind them to make a payment on my credit card? Since there was 1 family at customer service, can the 1 of the 2 people behind customer service go check out some people? This isn’t a one time thing This happens every time I’m there. You encourage the self check out but I can’t make a payment on my card there. It doesn’t even matter because the self checkouts get backed up too because people are waiting to be ID for alcohol.

We drove to this Sam's Club location in Waterloo to pick-up a tv our local Sam's Club in Cedar Rapids didn't have. A pleasant experience all around. The 'in-stock' numbers on their website were accurate and we had no trouble finding the tv. Friendly staff; especially the door greeter. She informed me that there was an app you could put on your phone instead of having to take out my plastic membership card. She also informed me that membership cards will no longer have a photo on them. Big parking lot. Well-maintained store. Gas station at this location. Recommend.

I'm going to be honest. I drive from Cedar Rapids to shop here. The store is cleaner the store always has items and customer service is better. I like shopping in bulk because we own a business and use paper towels in the shop every two weeks and Sams in cedar Rapids won't have anything. So instead of going every day to sams I drive up to waterloo every two weeks to see happy faces.
This place is fantastic and dangerous all at the same time. Fantastic: bulk buys that often (not always) are a deal compared to shopping at regular retailers. Items you don't expect- deals on toys, liquor, clothing, electronics, gift cards and more) Dangerous: shopping here can be highly impulsive! Causing a person to spend way more than they expected. We like to get our paper towels, bath tissue, bbq sauce (yes we go through a ton), beef jerky and more here on a regular basis. We also buy gift cards here for a discount! Get Air Trampoline park and HuHot gift cards I buy at a discount but can use the full value at the location. The place is well stocked. Most items are on pallets. You can't always count on the same things being in stock each time but they have several items that are consistently available.

Great when looking to buy bulk. We went to get stuff for our Christmas Eve party and scored on everything we needed. Great priced items and the liquor aisles have anything you need! Also Tito's is cheaper here then I have found it any were else. The employees could be a bit more helpful and maybe talk to you when being out on the floor when you can find one. I love that they have so many self check outs because no one uses them so I can get in and out! If you need help they cashier watching will jump in right away to help as well! The receipt checkers are always happy and love to talk to my daughter we are the ones that hold up the exit line sorry guys!

Went shopping as usual and bought a Hamilton beach flexbrew as it was convenient to buy and cheap. When we opened the box we noticed rust and very dirty on the outside. Once we opened it to clean it, inside there were still coffee grounds left over and just smelled gross.
