I had fumbled when doing my initial rating, so the number of stars on this review is accurate. Actually, I love this Caribou coffee/Einstein bagel shop. The staff is nice, the location is convenient and I really love the French Toast bagel; wish they still had the maple cream cheese... Maybe they'll bring it back.
First time going, I drink Starbucks at least 2-3 times a day (iced caramel macchiato), I was taken back at first when I didnt see any macchiato on the menu but the manager and crew member were able to make me one that was better then the rivals I've been drinking for so long. Awesome service, and pretty speedy although the line was short. Your management has won me over I will be back daily!
My boyfriend and I came to just waste some time, and we were very satisfied with the customer service of Taylor and the other staff as well. The food and drinks were very good!! And we will definitely be back and recommend the place to others.
