Server was great, bartender screwed both or drinks up and my chips were stale.

Applebee's Grill + Bar provides a mixed dining experience. On the positive side, some servers, like Emma B. and Jay, are upbeat, knowledgeable, and attentive, ensuring a great experience. The three cheese chicken penne is a highlight on the menu, and the Big Clucking Chicken Sandwich has been praised as the best chicken sandwich ever. However, some visits may be marred by long wait times due to understaffing. There have been reports of slow service, especially when only a few staff members are present, which can make dining less enjoyable. Additionally, issues with food quality, such as dry salmon and cold mashed potatoes, can detract from the meal. Despite these challenges, the food quality remains a redeeming factor, and the friendly service from dedicated staff keeps customers coming back.
