Air-conditioning unit was on in the dead of winter...had to wear my coat during the whole meal. Then waitress gets lost in the kitchen never to return...food was the only thing good despite freezing to death....might as well eat outside ....just I don't about this craziness!
We never got our appetizer, they brought our food and we asked about it. Just said short staffed, so we told them we didn't want it any more since we already had our meal. Then we were going to get desert, and were told they were out of ice cream. Very poor service. One of the worst Applebee's I've been

Me and my daughter waited 30+minutes to be asked what drinks we wanted which I had to stop the waiter for that to be known . Food came out cold sent it all back still not rite. I don't eat pork however bacon was all through my pasta. Honey pepper Chicken for the pasta and Chicken for the appetizer was old and cold as well as mozzarella sticks. Sent the food back still came out cold . Sent it back again to be put In to go plates . Which they still forget my beard sticks and chicken...read full review
