“We were greeted immediately as we walked in on Easter Sunday. Server was attentive and amazing. All of the food was fantastic! Came with the family a group of 6 and all of us left full and happy. Big plates and everything was cooked to perfection. The hash-browns were so delightful. I had the country fried steak and eggs and it was just wonderful. We will definitely be back!“

“The food was delicious. The order wasn't perfect, but it was not anything to cause concern. They were more than willing to remake, but it was perfectly fine as it was. The salad was large and very fresh & the ranch was great! The wings looked amazing. Sadly, I couldn't try one, but I know they would be delicious as I watched my granddaughter devour them! She is a 1st grader and nearly ate the 12 piece. She is a small girl so I have no idea where she put them!“
“Had our Christmas party there this weekend. Service impeccable, ribs and seafood were great, t-bones were less than desirable, so tough I couldn’t cut with the provided steak knife so I got out the trusted ole buck knife. I would not recommend the t-bones at all. They were out of filets.“

“Fried catfish, fried chicken, green beans, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy with roll. This food was absolutely amazing! The breading on the fish & chicken is light & crispy. Green beans are the best green beans I have ever eaten hands down. So much flavor. Everything was delicious!!! The service tho.... Outstanding!!! We came in maybe 2 minutes before close. He had run out of some things. However... he pulled these plates together for us!! Awesome experience!! Totally recommend this place. So much food and it's SO good.“
“We stop in every time we stay and the Comfort Inn 1 block away. The service is top notch and the food is great, especially the burgers and the nachos. The prices are also reasonable. We always have a few drinks from the bar and have not been disappointed yet.“
“The food here is good, and it is a huge location so you can sit at a communal table or a separate high top. Girlfriend had the Nashville hot fries. She had had them before and they were great, and a TON of food. I had the biscuits and gravy and the gravy had just enough spice and flavor to it to make it interesting. Biscuits were thick and tasty as well. Not a huge portion, but enough. The bacon was pretty average though. Not thick cut or anything. The beers here are the real story though. All their beers are great! If you're in Waterloo, it is definitely worth checking out.“

“Kitchen was really rough to our waitress tonight. Put her behind, and told her incorrect information about the own places menu. It honestly came across as the kitchen staff bullying the new girl.The food is 5 star, especially the Irish nachos and social burger. It would be even better if they remember everything that is advertised in their menu for what is ordered. I will also add that there does seem to be about 1 thing forgotten or not seen by the kitchen staff even when the waitresses do write it down correctly.I understand that it can get hectic in a kitchen, but it should not be a 50% chance that everything is going to be correct for the food. Either the kitchen or the waitresses need to be checking the orders before letting them leave the counter.The drinks are always amazing and the food is delicious. While it is worth coming to as a hole in the wall restaurant, it's best if you memorize what you order so you know you actually get what you ordered.“
“We aren't from in town and are staying in a hotel tonight. We have our dog with us and found out these guys had a dog friendly patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our here! The food was great and fun atmosphere. The band playing was really good and our server was super sweet! We had a great time.“
