The Drive Thru lady, I didn't catch a name - it's currently 11:15 on 9/14, was so nice and helpful. I really appreciated her customer service, thank you and have a great day.
Very rude drive through experience, if the owner of this establishment wants to have a line of cars like their competitor across the street they need to take note. “Hold” and saying “I’ll be with you in a min” in a rude voice to a not the way to win over customers! I haven’t tried Hardee’s food in years and now it will be years before I try it again!
