Saturday afternoon my husband and I went to the drive through. We were greeted by a lady he told the lady what he wanted... and nothing. No answer. We said hello a few times after 5 minutes we left. And no they didn't look busy.

Very disappointing experience today. Food was barely warm. Ordered large meals and the fry container was barely filled. The cashier taking the order didn’t even say hi or anything. Then when they brought the food out they just put it down and walked away. Not very friendly. Wasn’t busy at all so not sure why the food wasn’t hot. Overall very poor service today.

Going trough the drivethru and got up to the payment window, we said hello but the employee just took our cash and closed the window. They opened it up again and gave us our change and said there is going to be a wait and to pull up. When an employee brought our food out to our car, we grabbed it and said “thank you” and the employee handed us our food and didnt say a single word to us and walked away. I get all the way home and there are all sorts of hairs baked into my biscuit on my sandwich. The services and now the food..absolutely grossed out and the service was terrible.

I stop here to get a 2 for $5. They said they don't have this anymore. I called several other Hardee's. They still have it. Will go elsewhere from now on.
