Went through the dive through, Order a meal and cheese curds and when I got the cheese curds where not in my bag. Call them and the manager told me I should have check the bag before leaving and wouldn't credit me food I paid for but didn't receive. Very disappointed. Wouldn't not recommend eating there again.

I get here several times a month and the quality and consistency is always great. This location makes the Cedar Falls location look like a joke. If you're in the area and have the choice between this one or that one, always pick this one.

My order was missing key components, like cocktail sauce for my shrimp and butter for the roll. Sad to say that's kind of the norm here, whether you dine in or drive through. Also as usual, the food was excellent.

Offering curbside pickup should guarantee that customers can conveniently receive their orders without needing to enter the establishment. I waited 15-20 minutes after my arrival time all I ordered was a fountain drink and cheese curds. I just left. If the current process requires customers to go inside to collect their food, it defeats the purpose of providing a curbside or “Curdside” service. This should be addressed to enhance the customer experience and align with the expectations of a true curbside pickup service.

The manager was out and about cleaning tables and checking on customers. When a staff member made a mistake, he fixed it and then kindly and quietly reminded the employee on how to prevent that from happening again.

This place took 40 mins to get us our food and there was plenty of ppl inside the to help
We waited 35 minutes for our food in the drive thru. The guy that brought it out couldn’t even bother saying a word to us. Not going back.
