Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Kids wanted ice cream on a Sunday afternoon so we decided to get a treat. We should of went out of our way to the other DQ because of the stories and bad reviews I have heard about the one on university but we decided to just go. My son wanted a caramel Sunday with recces pieces and she said they can't do it because the candy is for the blizzards. I said you can't add it and charge me? Her reply. No. We got to window and was greeted by a very unfriendly person who opens the window and says "and we can't do candy because that's not Dairy queens way🤦‍♀️🤯 and if they don't do it at cooperate we're not allowed to. I am shook. I have never heard of anything so silly in all my life. My kids experienced this which isn't too cool but this is a representation of hurting people who are angry and bitter take their issues out on you. We won't be back. I don't even feel comfortable eating the blizzard because she prob spit in it. If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on you for being so rude in front of kids.

They were super nice when we told what cone was for.

Wasn’t able to do anything. Showed up at 8 PM when their website says close at 9 PM. Two high schoolers that were obviously the only ones working looked at me as I tried to open the door to get in and laughed. Never coming back. SHUT IT DOWN.

Today at 11:45 I brought my 93 yo mother there, i got a small chocolate malt and my mother wanted a small strawberry shake,,, the chocolate malt tasted like powered milk mixed with water and no chocolate,,, the strawberry shake had small chunks of strawberries but otherwise flavorless,, really wanted to take them back n get my 8 dollars n some change back, but went thru their drive thru n on our way to a dr appointment .never going there again

Handed me the saddest crooked sprinkle cone dipped in chocolate instead of chocolate ice cream like we ordered and even asked is this OK? Then the staff proceeded to laugh hysterically that we accepted it. It gets worse. Then we had to wait awhile until they came back so we can even pay for it as they never took payment. Handed back our card and SLAMMED the window shut no thank yous no nothing. Plenty of others in the area we'll never be back.

Cashier was super friendly, helpful and patient with me and my children. Food was fresh, fast and delicious ?

Staff forgot 2 items. Had to remind them. Chicken tenders were like nuggests, got ripped off. Could be worse.

Didn’t have the cake I ordered ready when it was suppose to be. When I spoke to them on the phone they were not helpful and hung up on me. So when I came in to get my cake, they were actually talking about me. A worker said to I assume was the manager (not sure wasn’t in uniform) “so yeah A lady called and said she ordered a cake 3 weeks ago and yeah that didn’t happen” then proceeded to roll their eyes. When it got to my turn in line I said hi yeah so I am the one who called that you were just talking about. I showed them the call time and date on my phone to prove I wasn’t lying which they were assuming. I should’ve known when I didn’t get a confirmation anything when I put in the order. Rude staff, manager apologized but not much they can do when the I need the cake today.

Not really a good dine in experience. The staff were friendly enough to us while also telling us the turn it over campaign wasn't applicable (wasn't that deep, was just telling Europeans visiting about this interesting feature). The annoying part was how loud they were while we were trying to chat and eat. But the food was good. Overpriced, but that's all over..

Good good but every time I come here I spend 45+ minutes waiting in line just to usually end up getting the wrong order.
