RUDE!!
McKenzie….so she says that’s her name at the la Porte rd location.
I went in about a week ago with my grandkids. We were making an order for the 3 kids, 2 adults and orders to take home to the rest of the family. Makenzie was very rude at the drive-through pushy. No patience after each ice cream. I ordered she would say is that it? Is that it! Is that it! I’ve heard rumors about how bad this location is, but never thought I would see it first hand like I did. How can this place ever get any business with how rude the workers are?
Laughed and pointed at an older gentleman when he tried to open the locked lobby doors. Rude lady had comments to make when I told them I didn’t ask for my ice cream cone in a cup.
