This place has the worst servers/service. The food was okay, except for the three burnt fries in my breakfast potatoes that looked like they had been in the fryer for weeks. It took forever to get our check, and the restaurant was NOT busy at all! This was the LAST time I will spend any of my money here!

This IHOP was the worst ever. We should have walked right out without paying!!!!!!!!!! The food was terrible, service was terrible, the staff was nice, but looked awful, took FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!! And the kitchen staff was eating and cooking and talking his head off while making the whole place wait, and the eggs weren't done, the toast was dry and rock solid, the hash browns were cold and undercooked, the shakes had icky flat whipped cream, the pancakes tasted like vegetable oil, the sausage had no flavor and also tasted like oil. Myself, my man, and his son were in attendance and after the discounted food that we didn't eat, it still cost over 60$I love IHOP, at least all others I've been to..... Not this one.

It was crowded and the server was fairly new so my experience was not as good as it normally would have been. I have been there often enough to know the food is normally amazing just as it was this time around and the service is typically really great. This was simply a one-off experience this time around.

There was only 2 employees working during supper. The server had no sense of urgency. My son spilled hot cocoa, the server didn't help clean up or even bring a towel or napkins for us to clean it up.

My husband and I went to eat with my mom and sister. The waitress seemed nice when taking our order. My husband ordered 2 biscuits with his meal and when she brought out our food they had given him 2 English muffins. He said something to her and she literally looked him in the face and told him those are the biscuits! He made a simple comment about being misleading and she just walked away. Not once through our whole visit did she offer refills or even ask how we're doing. She just seemed mad after the biscuit fiasco and tried to avoid our table. Best part, after getting our receipt, we noticed SHE RANG UP MUFFINS INSTEAD OF BISCUITS!
