I live only a few miles from this location and it's never taken less than an hour and a half to 2 hours for my food to be delivered. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, but I promise service is not freaky fast here.

I ask forward to be separately wrapped, and for the fourth time in a row they not only don’t wrap it separately. They’re not even cutting a damn thing now. This is ridiculous. You guys make great sandwiches but your customer service absolutely sucks.

I placed my Jimmy J's order in person;. It didn't take too long to be prepared, 12-13mins. approximately.Upon arriving home, we were disappointed with the sandwiches; my Mother's was not on the correct requested bread, and lacked some condiments. Mine was on the correct bread, but I didn't expect the type of bread to be, thick store bought-regular- sandwich-type, it was not the long roll-type.The quality of the sandwiches looked hurriedly stacked together, not appetizing, appeasing, like the commercials.Parking: Few spots right in front of the store.More further across the entire shared store front lot.Wheelchair accessibility: No stoops, bumps, stairs or high molding to get over; chairs and tables few, spaced so that a wheel chair could maneuver through/around.

I do not write many reviews and when I do they are positive HOWEVER today at this Jimmy John's I have never been treated so rudely! The lady at the window rolled her eyes at my requests multiple times- I asked if I could use my rewards and you would have thought I asked for the moon. I may never go to that location again because of this lady! I had my 13 year old daughter with me and I told her this a was a perfect example of how an employee should NOT act like. Very sad!
