Ordered food today at work and when it was finally delivered after being notified 20 mins prior that it was out for delivery, it was the wrong food! Now waiting for delivery driver to return with the correct food.
Took 2 hours for my order to be delivered, while my location was 8 minutes away from the store.
The staff of this Jimmy Johns is the best, fast, always smiling and having a good time as a team. The owner will use my name every time I walk in his store. You can tell there is such a great culture at this one. Plus the food and service is always 100%.
