I ordered a sub for delivery today and there were issues in the delivery process. When I called to check the progress, the woman I spoke on the phone with both times was very kind and respectful. She handled and corrected the mistake with my best interest in mind and was very professional with the entire situation. The food tasted great as well. Thank you!!!

Lady was a little rude but kinda to be expected because my card didn't go through because of a fraud alert and I had only quarters with me but everything worked out well in the end

Can I just saw this location is always AMAZING to work with! I submitted an online order a few days early, and then about 15 minutes before my event on the day of I realized I had entered the wrong delivery date. I called this location and they were able to update the date and have my order to me ALL WITHIN 15 MINUTES! JJ really is freaky fast and has GREAT customer service!
