Went to kfc today with my family and the chicken was old discoloration and not the quality of the real definition of quality of the colonel's fried chicken. I feel that they have a lazy set of staff and employees and they honestly need to rethink letting the robots take over this establishment at least the food will be fresh and have quality! Also a young lady was in drive thru who refused to take more than one order. My fries were discolored and old hard to eat and let me mention the sandwich was soggy with the bread. There was no juice as a American this meal was not worth $100 nor did the staff care because as i pull around from drive thru you see all employees outside gathered around Not doing there job and I've also worked for kfc so I know there's rules n a policy at hand None were followed and I truely feel half the employees need to be fired because there not caring to make your customers feel welcomed or the food does not follow quality standards. Feel so bad that I know I'll rather go to cedarfalls on university to get next time because I refused to have cold n old meat served to me and my living family.! Also they refuse to hire people who truely wants to work but hopefully corporate does something about this lack of standard discoloration of food in our community and society! They need to hire dee back because there brown food isn't okay. And just think will u server your own kids this food at home. I bet not! I advise anybody that goes to KFC on Kimball to go To cedarfalls on university to get fresh n hot food! #This Establishment is a disgrace against its own company.

Don't come here at 730 (they are open till 11) what a joke orders 4 spicy wraps . I've been waiting 30 mins so far . 2 cars came through the drive thru after me. They have gone and left .

Just people in the food industry doesn't really care about cooking the food throughly Done, the 8pc FAMILY MEAL UP IN THE MIDWEST, IOWA . BUT WHERE IM FROM THE SOUTH OF THE COUNTRY EVERYTHING COOKED WELL DONE . BUT EVERY KFC IN IOWA NEBRASKA THE MIDWEST COOK ON TIMERS THAT THEY THINK ALL THE CHICKEN IS WELL DONE, I SHOULDNT TASTE JUICES OUT OF IT . DATS CALLED MEDIUM WELL. BUT YALL PRICES GOES UP BUT THE CHICKEN EVERY TIME GOES DOWN , THIS WAS THE 1ST TIME IN A LONG TIME. BUT I LIKE YALL SIDES . .

Ordered 8 wings on Tuesday at 1215,you'd figure at lunch time they would have some made and ready to go,nope.I was the only car in the drive thru and no one was in the dining room,I was told to pull over to the other side of the building and they would make some fresh,17 minutes later the girl brought out and said "here's your food"...Thanks for nothing KFC

I always dine in on Fridays. I enjoy my 3 piece chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuit. Also relaxing and taking in the scenery helps.

WORST DRIVE THRU ON THE PLANET! Lights may be on but NOBODY is working! Don’t waste your time with this location. You’ll sit in the driveway 15 minutes before they have time to take your order. Then I promise you’ll get “15 minutes” on whatever you order. What a cast of useless people.

Went to KFC today. Their speaker was broken in the drivethrough so we pulled around to the window as requested. After five minutes of sitting there and a person walking past twice without acknowledging us at all I called and asked politely if there was someone who could help us at the window.. I was rudely informed there were only two people working and we would have to wait. While the food is usually good here, I won't be back. You just don't take store problems out on customers for no reason. And come to find out the person who treated us like that was the manager. Sad!

Love the renovation. Female employee was rude. We were DINING IN and when I asked for plates she was snarky because they "don't have plates". What kind of "dine in" restaurant doesn't have plates? I would think for the price they charge they could afford to offer something to eat on.
