If I could rate the service higher, I would. Nisha, and Natalie do a wonderful job! They are professional, and they always fast.
I wish we had a KFC to go to in Waterloo. I get hungry for it and every time I have gone, I end up waiting an insane amount of time for my food. It looks like they have enough people working, so I don't know if it is poor management or the employees just don't care. Disappointing.
We were drive thru waiting and waiting 30 minutes too long and got refunded back to my sister's money. Not good service to follow up screen falling behide we were in drive thru 8am 6/8/2026 not good job and we will not come back that place kfc waterloo Iowa. Should have breast and leg and fries but they put thigh and leg and fries not what we want. Shamed services. They must learning how to do work right and time... few years ago were good but this year are not good of workers.
