He was an extremely friendly and polite man, and whoever is above him should know that he 100% deserves a raise. It was a 10/10 experience!“

“Hey I've been here 3 or 4 times in past month or so and there's always been problems but your people have been helpful. Last night I came thru and after driving too you from cedar falls, the first person on the drive thru speaker already talking about they might be closing up on me. Then someone else jumped on and took order but wasn't going to make chicken because she has trouble counting. So a breast piece was going to be replaced with a couple worthless wings. But once I'm back home in cedar falls I find I only had one wing. And of my two other prices, 1 was dry shringen hard and gritty just gross enough not to eat. But also my biscuit missing plus the two extra biscuits were missing. I got all the honey I asked for but not the biscuits. So I feel like the message here is that my business isn't very important to your business. But I'd like you say it to my face, figuratively, here, publicly. Make it right and I can change to 5 star, or don't and I'll leave it like it is as it seems some of the big have the ability to remove their 1 star posts, this one will be harder to dispute. “My mother and I stopped in after a very long day at my grandmother's celebration of life to get some gas. I decided I wanted a drink, so I go grab one when I return to register the very gracious and amazing cashier who may be the owner, but I'm gonna know because the customer service is beyond amazing. Anyway, he asked if we had been inside since Casey's left in our case we hadn't he then graciously without hesitation offered 2 of their amazing biscuits and a Cajun Chicken Sandwich. He offered them for free without hesitation fresh out of the oven. It's hard to find good customer service, especially when customers can be very rude to workers. I forgot your name because it's been a rough week, but i will definitely be back 100%. Thank you from my mother, and I sincerely I wish your business nothing but success.
