It's a McDonalds. Every McDonalds is terrible, it is terrible, the food is terrible, it's terrible for your health, and more. I have to give it three stars though because they never messed up and order of mine for when I used to go here.

It's bad when I'm the person that will eat pretty much anything, can't eat something because of how disgusting it tastes. We stopped at the McDonald's on the Laporte road so we could have a lunch date. The lady at the window handed us 2 straws and only one of our drinks, then when Ben is autistic and very nicely asked her for my drink and she got rude and snapped at him and then told us to pull forward so they could make my drink. We waited 20+ minutes for them to not bring the drink out so we left. Before leaving they also had the person behind us pull into a spot and then they gave him the complete wrong order because he even asked us if that was what we ordered and we said no we were just waiting on my drink and that we were waiting for 20 minutes. Once we got home we tried to eat the food even though it was cold. The nuggets tasted so bad and you could tell they had refried them and because we have both worked at one in the past. Ben worked at 4 different locations as a General Manager in 3 different states, and he's never experienced this kind of negativity until he started going to this location. We could tell that the oil they used was old. Not only that there was a BITE TAKEN OUT OF ONE OF THE NUGGETS LIKE WTH!! My burger was so nasty and hard I had to take it apart and just eat part of the meat. And then the fries were the nastiest fries and burnt old oil that I barley ate any of them and now I have a nasty taste and film on my tongue that I can't get off. And then the one drink we did get they put way to much sweetener in it that it didn't taste like coffee at all. So I called the store to tell them about this experience and the person that answered was completely rude and refused to do anything about it and refused to give me his name. Worst experience at a McDonald's in my life and I grew up in bad parts of Ohio, Hell Ben is from BALTIMORE and hasn't ever had this much of a bad experience. This one needs SHUT DOWN!!!!

Waited over 20 minutes for a peppermint mocha. That's it. Then they brought the wrong order to another customer after he waited 16 minutes and ended up with 6 big macs. 3rd time now. Left without my drink. Have it all on dash cam. All I did was ask for my drink and the lady snapped "Sir I have your drinks ready" and she only had the 1 then asked me to pull forward and completely forgot about me. This location is getting more and more like garbage. Get it together. But yea out the money on a large peppermint mocha and my food is ice cold from having to wait 20 minutes on a drink that never came

Great place with only minor issues here and there. I usually show up a little after 5 in the mornings which was perfect for my schedule. It's sad to see that they have changed the hours. But other than that I normally get quick and hot service. Sometimes I will get some funky versions of orange juice. I'm just guessing they put the newer people in the morning who don't know the difference in the colors?

Today was a good day for some McDonald's and even though the drive thru was busy when I got there, everyone I saw, seemed pleased with there orders,Our food was fresh,hot,delicious and right on time!

Ordered a single sandwich for Breakfast, it's so burnt thats the only thing u smell opening the bag, sausage was so charred it's visibly different on both sides, they made 0 attempt to get rid of the ones they burnt and the manager was the one to hand me the food, that's all I could smell as soon as it was in my car, you should be ashamed to work here and present yourself as a worthy eatery if you can't even serve bottom rung food this isnt even edible
