Worst experience ever!!! Manager was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered there. Usually I have had another person I deal with working as the manager. Today was a different lady that claims to have 9 years there. When I ordered the guy and the manager were rude. I feel like we're back to how panch used to be. Food and service was back to being great.
I really miss eating at this pancheros. I ate at the pancheros in downtown Iowa City and it will never match up to this one. the chicken at the downtown iowa city location is dry. this one isn't. I gotta come grab a burrito when I'm in town this winter.
