waiting from 1:30-3 for food I ordered, I called they said they never recieved the order then I checked my email and saw the email confirmation from pizza hut so I called back and asked about my order and the lady said she tried to call me to verify the amount of wings I ordered (24) but didn't get a answer. I have no missed calls or voicemails.
I ordered a dinner box on the app and had tried to order a half pepperoni, half Italian sausage pizza. Between me clicking those things to it going through, it changed to all sausage? Anyway. I got home and noticed it wasn’t what I thought I had ordered. Called in and the ladies who were there went above and beyond to make sure I got what I thought I had ordered.
