Ordered online 15min ahead of time. Didn't start preparing my order till I arrived. I still waited close to 10min even though there was no one in the dining room but me. One piece of my 5 piece meal was fresh. 3 were old. 1 had to have been sitting there since they opened cause it was horrible.

Went through drive up because the doors were locked. I ordered 3 piece dark meat with red beads and rice. When I got home. Open my meal box I had spicy instead of regular and mash potatoes.

Couldn't tell you about atmosphere. Door was locked at 2 p.pm. totally understaffed. Hopefully employees working get a better job once this places closes.

Food was good but we waited a half hour inside for 4 sandwiches. We were the only people inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. We waited 5 minutes or more just to have someone come up and barely greet us. Then after a half hour we had to ask where our food was and he said it had been in the sack for 4 min but they just hadn't yelled our number yet. Again only people in the building. There was another family waiting to order by this time who had been standing there at least 5 min. The building was not very clean, straws and napkins, etc were not filled. I would not recommend going to this location ever.
