Popeyes is awful no matter which location you visit. I have been to Popeyes all across the Us and every one of them has had terrible service, they’re slow, the food is always old and you never get what you order. The staff doesn’t listen to what you order and you pay for stuff you don’t receive.
Popeyes need to reevaluate the people they hire to represent their company because they will not last and the business will suffer.
No dine in, employees are not friendly, have to wait over 15 min for service, bad experience.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was absolutely appalled at the customer service during my recent visit. The woman taking the orders was rude and when I pulled up to the window, she didn’t even confirm my order, she just stuck out her hand and didn’t even make eye contact. The entire transaction was done without a single word on her part at the window and zero eye contact - I honestly just hoped I was paying for my meal and not someone else’s.
