“We had a very good meal for our family as take out. The lasagna and spaghetti were absolutely delicious and had a substantial amount of sauce. Can't eat without the breadsticks and the salad. The dishes were secured and didn't spill at all getting them home. They had 3 covers on the dishes. We appreciated all you care for our meal - Great job!“

“Although there are other decent places to get a sub sandwich in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area, Sub City beats them all. The sandwiches are authentic New Jersey style, the ingredients are always fresh, and they slice the meat right in front of you. We are blessed to have 3 Sub City locations in our area. All of them are great, but the downtown Waterloo location caters mostly to the lunch crowd, and College Hill is a bit higher priced (ironically, since it serves a lot of college students). It is nice that the Kimball Ridge location is open later for those who might want subs for supper.“

“Was greeted right away. I love the winter/Christmas decorations up. My order taker did not read my order back, and my fries were supposed to be without salt, but the order was not put in that way, so they were salted.
Had my food hot and fresh within 3 minutes of placing my order.
Restaurant seemed mostly clean. However, the pile of boxes and extra junk in the corner behind one of the booths was rather unprofessional. Was given a nice farewell by a team member as I left.
From this one 5-minute experience, I would say overall good, but not fantastic.

Parking: Parking lot rather cramped. Especially with the drive through running along one side. Would not come during rush hour.“

“First time here. Waitress said breakfast menu is brand new so no recommendations but said taste tests said all was good. So we tried chicken and waffles and yeti bites. One yeti bite order with sausage with a side of hash brown and one order with bacon. My daughter said the hash browns were really good and loved her yeti bites. I loved the yeti bites! No syrup needed as the waffles are sweet. Great flavors and perfectly cooked (over easy in my order). Husband said chicken and waffles were good. Staff was friendly and definitely took the time and attention to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. I would recommend and plan to return!“
