Wendy's in Waterloo

“I came in on 08/30 at 12:30. The lady who took my order was super nice. My food was made correctly for my family. She called me up when it was ready and everything was packaged nicely. Well stocked and clean! Will definitely come again to this location if I'm in the area again. Best Wendys I've been to in a long time.“

“It was like there wasn't any staff inside car in front of us waiting for a very long time and we waited for a very long time with nasty people honking and yelling at us and we hadn't been served or sold food yet. I spent 36 years in Hospitality crew management so food service and hotels. a lot of times people think that a job is easy will show up will leave before break. sometimes people just don't show up for work not everybody know how to work or want to work. We waited I had a really good Frosty freeze were old and cold but the frosties were good. I wanted to comment on this Wendy's in Waterloo Iowa but when I try to stupid Google has me always for some reason living 7 hours away in the twin cities I have never in my life lived in Minnesota.“
