Ordered groceries from aisles online on Thursday. Was charged for the original amount and the corrected amount of groceries. Waited a day and contacted my bank and the local store. The local store said she didn’t know what to do also informed me that they have had a lot of these calls lately and gave me another number for Hyvee to contact. My bank informed me that Hyvee didn’t cancel the original charge before charging me the corrected amount. They would need to refund me and said them an adjustment. I informed the Hyvee customer service this when I called. He was not very friendly or helpful and said he would make a complaint to waukee store to correct this. I get an email from waukee saying that I wasn’t double charged and it will fall off. We are now on day 4 with my account having been double charged. I have not received any further communication from Hyvee and I am very frustrated. DO NOT USE AISLES ONLINE!!!! I have re-emailed and messaged Hyvee and am currently waiting on another response back on how they are going to correct this.

Kudos to Hy-Vee for having many workers on Wednesday before TG. The parking lot was full but I was able to check out quickly. They were so prepared! Super great customer service!

Waukee aisles online is total garbage. Get several wrong items, don't receive others that you ordered and don't get a receipt for it. To top it all off it takes FOREVER! When you call the store about the issue no one answers.. Complete waste of time by a worthless company.

The pharmacy is God awful. I was told that my med refil would be done on Monday for medication for a arthritic hip. I go to pick it up and they tell me it isn’t done and will be another hour after I was told it would be done at 5pm Monday. so I had one day left so I said I would pick it up on Tuesday. Go Tuesday (today)after work at 5pm again. Drive thru was broken so had to go inside and wait 45 minutes for them to tell me it is not done yet and it would be another hour. Are you serious????? They told me that yesterday. This is the biggest joke of a pharmacy there is. Now I have to hope and pray that it will be done in an hour. All the while waiting in line they have people back there laughing and joking around. You can laugh and joke if you would get your prescriptions filled on time. So ridiculous.

They’re bakery department is just a joke! Last year I ordered a cake for my oldest sons 11th birthday and they left a plastic piece on top and taking it off ruined the cake so no candles and fixed it up the best I could. So glad I paid for a customized picture. I did report this and cake was refunded. Now today I go to pick up a birthday cake I ordered Thursday for my second sons 11th birthday and NO CAKE WAS MADE!!!! I had a long talk getting his cake right and they said Saturday wasn’t doable so Sunday was the pick up date. Well no cake even after talking about pick up this weekend she wrote the 31st. Two years in a row horrible experiences. No fix was talked about they blamed me for the date and just stood there. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and use another bakery!

I have frequented several Hy-Vee pharmacies and this one is by far the worst. This locations pharmacy needs some work. They are always busy and consistently late refilling my medications of which I absolutely cannot miss a single day. I will be switching to another pharmacy.

Ordered breakfast for delivery. HORRIBLE!!! I payed 2.00$ for 2 servings of sausage gravy, and didn't recieve 1 single drop. Also ordered eggs Benedict and the eggs were literally hardboiled eggs. The worst breakfast ever ordered and it's not even worth calling back for a refund, free meal, or them to remake it. Save your money and time.

I would not reccomend this stores pharmacy to anyone that values their time or the way they are treated. Absolute horrible pharmacy on every level. My parents sadly don't have a choice on their pharmacy and today was no exception. After taking my mom in to be seen the second time this week with her Covid not to mention she's 70 plus years old, I was asked at the Pharmacy if my mom even needed the 2 meds that were just prescribed for her infection today or if she could wait an

This place reminds me of the the pictures of bread lines in Russia in the 60’s. Their shelves are constantly bare. They are offering their store brands without an option of the name brands. Checkout is a joke. When you have a question, you can rely on talking to a 14 or 15 year old that has been there for 2 to 3 months. Maybe the stockholders should rethink their management.

Ordered my groceries online for pick-up and there was a little mess up when I got home. Lindsey was QUICK to offer to deliver the correct item to my house. I thought that was amazing!! We love Hy-Vee always, but this seemed above and beyond since I’m not just right in town! Thank you!!
