Ordered groceries from aisles online on Thursday. Was charged for the original amount and the corrected amount of groceries. Waited a day and contacted my bank and the local store. The local store said she didn’t know what to do also informed me that they have had a lot of these calls lately and gave me another number for Hyvee to contact. My bank informed me that Hyvee didn’t cancel the original charge before charging me the corrected amount. They would need to refund me and said them an adjustment. I informed the Hyvee customer service this when I called. He was not very friendly or helpful and said he would make a complaint to waukee store to correct this. I get an email from waukee saying that I wasn’t double charged and it will fall off. We are now on day 4 with my account having been double charged. I have not received any further communication from Hyvee and I am very frustrated. DO NOT USE AISLES ONLINE!!!! I have re-emailed and messaged Hyvee and am currently waiting on another response back on how they are going to correct this.
This place just keeps getting worse. Walked in this morning with my spouse and 16 month old baby. The establishment was roughly 1/4 full. We waited for 7-10 mins to be seated and finally a lady came out only to wave us off and say ‘It’s a, it’s a, yeah it’s gonna be awhile’ and then turned her back to us and went the opposite direction. This has been standard the last two times we’ve come here and it’s safe to say we won’t be coming back. I understand there is an issue with finding workers, however, that shouldn’t negate still offering the best customer service and proper communication given the circumstances. My other thought/suggestion; there are ALWAYS Hy Vee workers standing around in the aisles of the store, twiddling their thumbs. Is Hy Vee not able to train them up and utilize them where it’s needed? You could throw your money away by having the kids you employ roam the aisles and kill time OR put them to good use and potentially retain or grow your customer base. I’ll put a plug in for IHOP. We left Hy Vee and came across the way to a very full IHOP. We were seated right away, the food was quick and delicious and most importantly, the service was exceptional. Spend your money elsewhere folks, this Hy Vee Grille is and has been drowning.

Kudos to Hy-Vee for having many workers on Wednesday before TG. The parking lot was full but I was able to check out quickly. They were so prepared! Super great customer service!
General Chicken dinner was very good. The service was good. the dinning room atmosphere - ok, the store entrance was not clean from all the foot traffic.
