Amazing off the wall drinks that will perk up your day!!!

Drinks are great at this place but I would urge you to support somewhere else or make them at home. Hyper hired me last year (I have almost 10 years experience as a barista) and within less than a week fired me for no reason. The alleged reason was “just not a good fit” aka they disapproved of how I look more than likely. They made sure I finished out the week and waited till I clocked out of what was my last shift before firing me with no warning. Owner (who interviewed and hired me) couldn’t even fire me herself had to have another employee do it- over the phone, not in person. Like I said, food and drinks are great, place is clean and workers are relatively nice. But some shady mean girl energy is happening at this small business.

Ive been a customer since day one, and service has gotten slower and slower. Was amazing when first opened with double the traffic, now I can expect to sit in a line with 4 cars infront of me for 30 minutes.

Drinks are good but the wait times are ridiculous most mornings. I’ve come here at 8am, 9am, 10am, 12pm and the line never seems to shrink. The worst part is once you get in line there is no way to get out of line and service is some of the slowest i’ve seen. Have previously worked as a barista it does not take that long to pour a can into a cup and add pumps of syrup to it. These wait times would never fly at Smoke Row, Starbucks, or local coffee shops for a dual drive through and all of those places serve real food as well.

We visit multiple locations but Waukee is our primary. They are always so friendly and helpful. Love that they’ll make adjustments so our kids can be included without getting a bunch of caffeine and sugar! They are always so helpful keeping our restaurant crew HYPED for service too! :)

We love Hyper! The drinks are great, but the people are better. Every time we pull up, they remember who we are and what we want (we are frequent fliers ha!).
Dietary restrictions: You can choose dairy free and sugar free options.
Kid-friendliness: They have drinks without caffeine in them, fun little snacks and monthly stickers.

There's a reason these are popping up everywhere and it's cause they are the best. Very good energy drinks and coffee. Service is always good. So many different options/ combinations for the energy drinks selection and some of the better coffee out there as well.
I will never have anything bad to say about this location. They know be name. They know my order when I pull up and they’re always so nice. I’m not great with names but the 4 girls I see when I go in that are always so friendly brighten up my day.
