Love them, best place to get a chai! They have the best rewards program in the game, and even when the lines are long they're usually pretty quick! Workers are all super sweet and make sure that you get the best experience.
I haven't gotten any food but I go almost everyday for a drink they help me get through my workday you can't get a bad drink. They are all very very good. The staff is super friendly and helpful
