Rudest staff. Something was left out of my order and I asked for it at the window. Nobody behind me. Employee said I had to pull out and pull around in order to get what was left out?! Like WTH?! . It was odd and so weird. I will not be returning to that location. Other employees just watched him being unprofessional and rude. Also very hectic I. There and only myself in the drive thru and another lady at the counter. Never got my item that I wanted.
And I already filed a complaint to corporate. Crickets……

While working in the corner, woman came in and told the store she completely made a mistake when ordering and it was her fault, not theirs. The store re made her sandwich with no questions asked.

I asked for extra oil and vinegar. I corrected myself and said, Drown the sandwich in oil and vinegar. They did what they wanted and put the minimum on the sandwich. I brought the sandwich back up and asked for more. Mr. Man Bun on his beard was very offended that I critiqued his sandwich making abilities and said, I did put extra!! He didn’t. Just follow directions. That’s all I ask. What I want, not what you think I want. The food is up to standard. The place is clean. They just didn’t listen to the way I liked my sandwich.

This is THE worst location. I mean I don’t know why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. After at least seven completely terrible experiences one after the other, i need to wise up and realize i should just literally never come here again. There is absolutely no way the owners of this location are engaged in the operations. What a joke.
