This Jimmy Johns location is extremely disappointing. I have given this location many chances, but they continue to be extremely slow and serve poor quality sandwiches. Todays order took one hour and eighteen minutes to be delivered. Once it finally arrived, the meat was hardly cold and probably should not have been eaten. The meat that was included was also so grisly it was disgusting.
12/19 update: I caved and gave this location another chance. Big mistake. The bread on the sandwich I got today was crunchier than jimmy chips. Extremely stale!!!

Took almost 1 hour for our food to be delivered (we live 2 miles from this location). The food was awful: Stale bread, brown lettuce, and the meat was chewy and tasted off. This is by far the worst JJ location I have ever experienced.

Worst experience ever! Do not go here! I placed an order online for delivery and half hour later I call them and they said we are sorry we forgot to call you. Our delivery driver is on his break! I have Never heard this one before! You expect me to tip you but have me wait 45 minutes on food that’s 5 minutes away! Never going here again!

Brooke was new to the store and was awesome! Very sweet young lady and was very good with helping my granddaughter’s order! The manager on duty today is excellent with his staff, constantly giving them compliments, helping them and was very good explaining to Brooke when she had questions. They let me know right as we came in that bread was coming out of the oven in 3 minutes since the order before me was a huge catering order that was a walk in order, not an issue! I am so happy we waited since the service her was 110% The store was very clean, the restroom was super clean and all the staff were very friendly! I definitely will be coming back to this location again! The food was absolutely delicious! Thanks for being awesome!

Parking: Great parking right in the front and clean parking lots with larger spaces

Ordered at the drive through today. Waited over 20 minute before getting to the window. Paid then the girl goes we are out of turkey. It will be a few minutes before it's sliced is that ok. Absloutely not! There were 5 people standing around. Why couldn't that have been done before they ran completely out? Two cars in front of us left without food. Got my money back. Went elsewhere because this wasn't the first time drive through wait was extremely long. Won't be back. NOT even close to freaky fast.
