Pull you around for a sandwich and fries. Shouldn't be necessary for such small orders. I've had this happen on multiple occasions. Once sat only for them to mess up my order 3x not sure why I continue to give business, but definitely done at this point. Several failed attempts.

The only person that had customer service was the man who took my order. The lady at the pay window shut the window then opened and just said are you ready. No hello, how are you nothing. The person at the food window didn’t even say a word. Didn’t offer a drink tray nothing

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru after I paid and they asked me to go to the waiting area. 6:50 pm and nobody is there. The 5 cars behind got their food quicker than I did. I had to get out of the car and go in to get my food. No apology. Nothing. Speed it up! It was slow night!

By far the slowest service at any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There’s a few good workers but the rest aren’t. They mess up orders or completely forget items I’ve paid for. I’m done going to this location till something is done about it.

I have been doing DoorDash for about a week now. I wish I could ban this location from my application because even with simple orders and a 8min drive with 0 customers in or around the store. I am waiting for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 30. It makes my $6 DoorDash order inconceivably frustrating because now I’m getting $6 for 30 min of work that SHOULD have been $6 for 10 min of work. The poor service at this location actually affects MY life and pay directly. This happened to me ALL 6 times. I’m actually here in the store NOW leaving this review as I have been using the McDonald’s free wifi to even do so.
You want some water while you wait 20 minutes for a simple order?? Too bad this store doesn’t have any drink dispensers for the main room. You have to ask for it. Ngl I would be bumming a whole sprite soda in my own cup if it was available anyway. Btw I’m going to type this review for as long as I sit here to wait lol. Like the people are probably great, it’s just the store ITSELF needs better management and the fact you can’t dispense your own drinks is some distopian garbage. Yea if I’m losing $6 to be here I may as well b about it publicly. I have 3 jobs and 2 are high paying. I only do this as a fun option to pay for my days and nights out with friends. However THIS very store makes it actually difficult for me to justify DoorDash. THIS STORE ONLY. Like me and so many door dashers would be willing to eradicate this location off of our app because it is indeed that bad. The fact that I cant steal a sofa from the lobby is also beyond me.

Found a hair in my food, and when I calmly mentioned it, a teen worker with red hair yelled at me and caused a public scene. I was treated like a liar and humiliated in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional. Already filed a complaint with McDonald’s corporate hoping they take action.
