I have had two separate experiences where I was dining in and the manager was being rude and aggressive too few of the front employees in-front of customers.
Very unprofessional
Tonight was an absolute joke! The line was a huge mess, the female behind the line would get more done if she wasn’t yelling back and forth, the pans were dirty she brought out to put cooked chicken in, and ended up locking the doors by 7:30…if I had my receipt still I’d be going back in the morning demanding my money back.
The female manager was screaming at the 2 male employees and one just walked out. She was verbally abusing her staff 😞. And she put the burnt chicken in dirty pans. If you’ve got food dash orders she didn’t have ingredients and instructed the one last employee that stayed to fill them with whatever food was left. Is was disgusting on the line!
