Staff was nice until I tried to exchange a pink lotus drink that was too strong for my wife which we only drank about 25% of the drink. Ask if I could exchange the pink lotus for an iced caramel late and pay the difference and the girl states no since you drank most of it which only 25% was drank. Of those was star-bucks it would have been taken care of with a smile and a greeting of understanding. Not happy with this visit and sad thing is I live down the road and come all the time.

I only needed a bag of coffee for a gift. I’m not from IA and know nothing about this brand. I had to ask someone for help although 2 staff were there when I walked in and didn’t even look at me. I asked for help and for the flavor and apparently it wasn’t called that. She definitely wasn’t happy that I asked for help and snapped at me that she’s never heard of any coffee with that name and walked away. Staff aren’t happy here and rude.

Such a cute little gem!! Stumbling upon a cafe/eatery that feels and smells more like a boutique coffee shop you might find in the artsy neighborhood of a much bigger city, but at a GAS STATION?! So unexpected! From the hand written signs and daily specials, it's really a treat. Lots of specialty coffee drinks- I ordered the Snickers latte and a cup of cheeseburger soup- the latte is yummy, even tho a little sweeter than I usually like but I should've tried to ask in advance to try to make it a little less sweet cuz I could've foreseen.... But I just got too excited at all the fun options! Didn't get a pic of the menu but you should def make a stop and check it out.

The wife and I are staying at the hotel next door. We stayed on August 14th and 15th. We had two half salads and a sandwich they were awesome. Coming back on the evening of the 15th we were told they were out of everything and we could not order even a salad my sister had just passed away. A couple hours before this this added more stress. It was very disappointing that on a Friday night they had nothing in stock. Maybe next week when we come back for the funeral they'll have stocked some lettuce.

Prefer to give a zero. One of the worst lattes I’ve ever had, terrible soup (ordered a bowl, got a cup but grateful in the end ) … for the quality of the location & great swag really tragic. Definitely will not return for more.

I ordered an iced drink and when I got to the window she handed me a hot latte. I mentioned the mistake that I asked for cold and she said they don't make cold coffees which is obviously not the case I always have gotten cold.

Was in yesterday afternoon. 2 teens working the counter. I was the only customer and took 15 minutes to get a black coffee. What coffee shop doesn’t have black coffee ready at all times. Took my order and told me they would bring it to me. They went in the back and I had to go to the counter and yell to get them to come out. Had completely forgot about me after taking my order. Won’t go back again due to such poor service.
