This franchise has gone downhill a lot in the last 5 to 10 years. This location is very clean but very typical of the decreased food quality. Plus they changed ordering to being done electronically by yourself at the front so really no service given to rate them on
Tried this place out and was impressed by the food quality, prices and most of all the cleanliness. It was so nice to see the only fast food establishment in Waukee that actually makes sure it's tables are clean and welcoming. Thank you! Shout out to Kate!

The atmosphere immediately stood out. It has that classic soda shop and diner feel, which is getting harder to find these days. It’s nostalgic without feeling outdated, and it made the whole visit more enjoyable.
