I'm a long time customer and love Scooter's coffee.
Today I bought my usual mocha, but it came to me tasting of coffee and water. No milk.
I went to the window and was met by an employee who was rude, rude, rude. She argued with me that if they made another, it would taste the same. Then she slammed the window in my face.

My wife got me hooked on scooters fast and friendly staff.
Hot chocolate is good and the everything bagel.
