Kept skipping me and my grandson and helping people behind us and when we finally did get helped they were rude and for got some of our toppings. I had to ask to get my ice cream after they made it!. I will never go back to this establishment. You girls who work there need delt with!...
I had an !!!AMAZING!!! experience!!! The customer service was incredible, I felt like they were personable and very friendly. The girl behind the counter greeted me with a smile and directed me to her coworker when she got busy. Tommy took my order and made conversation and it was a great experience! Loved it!
The lady was not wearing a hair net and I got hair in my ice cream and when I went back to see if I could get a refund she only gave me an option to get a new one😓
