I had an !!!AMAZING!!! experience!!! The customer service was incredible, I felt like they were personable and very friendly. The girl behind the counter greeted me with a smile and directed me to her coworker when she got busy. Tommy took my order and made conversation and it was a great experience! Loved it!
The lady was not wearing a hair net and I got hair in my ice cream and when I went back to see if I could get a refund she only gave me an option to get a new one😓
Wild how many bad reviews are at this business. I’ve been here twice both times the ice cream was made in a timely manner and tasted great. Didn’t have any issues with the staff
