“Went with my niece before an appointment. Showed up a little before 9 and Zuella was the cashier. She was very personable and polite. She had a warm feeling about her. We dined in and my niece and I both got the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Both sandwiches were fresh and Zuella came out and checked on us. She was very hospitable. Restaurant was clean. What I did appreciate was there was a table of staff all sitting together eating behind us. Whether it was them on break or about to start/ended shift, it was nice to see they were given that time and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Great experience.“

“I have been to this chick fila for most of my life. I have encountered some incredible service. Elliot and Cherry have been wonderful help. I specifically saw workers today helping move tables together for a group of people. The workers are so accommodating, Always smiling, and kind ready to help whenever. It is very clean and kid friendly great for a quick eating spot. drive through line moves at an incredibly efficient pace. Overall great place.“

“I recently ordered 2 large (catering size) orders of nuggets for our son’s graduation party from this store. They are one of his favorites! The nuggets were delivered on time to our home by an employee of the store at no charge. They were fresh and hot upon arrival! It didn’t take long for them to disappear 😋 I was able to do everything through the app—very easy! I ordered from this restaurant in particular because their minimum order amount was lower. The manager confirmed my order via email and even followed up with me after. I could not have been more happy with the whole experience! I highly recommend this store for your CFA catering needs.“

“I stopped by this Burger King today and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. Marilu was the employee helping me, and she was incredibly kind, happy, and patient the entire time.

I ended up changing my order a few times, and instead of getting frustrated, Marilu stayed upbeat and helpful the whole time. She handled everything with a smile and made sure my order was exactly right. Her positive attitude honestly made the whole experience better.

“I stopped in to buy some Taco John's potato oles. I just wanted to say that we received great service from Emirjon. He reminded us that it was Taco Tuesday and told us what menu items are the most popular. He also was friendly. We had a nice experience.“

“Back in the early 2000s I worked for Taco John's corporate for a few years. When I moved to an area where they don't have these, I always make a point to stop and eat at one if I am traveling. Back then we were meticulous. I know that they have changed almost all of the top people now, and that this location is a franchise and not owned by the company, but I was disappointed by a couple of very noticable changes. No salsa bar? No super hot sauce, roasted red chipotle, Pico de Gallo, just packets of hot sauce? No olives on the super potato? No bringing my food to my table? As for this location I stopped for lunch off the highway today. I'll say that the potatoes seemed over-seasoned, and the meat and potato burrito had an awful lot of lettuce on it. None of this is too bad. Service was fast and friendly. Bathroom was immaculate. Lady at the register tried to upsell me twice, and when I didn't want a beverage she offered me a free water cup. Doing everything the way we use to. Taco John's has always been more expensive, but you get what you pay for. This one is pretty good, but I wish they had that super hot sauce.“

“The burgers there are always delicious and I do like the fact they allow you to freely customize your toppings the way you want, which for me works, also love the fact of the amount of fries, we ordered one large fries and that was enough for the myself and the two others that were with me. Out of curiosity, I ordered the bacon milkshake and it tasted great, so I recommend giving it a try at least once.“

“Tony and the staff are top notch, they are friendly and provide great customer service. I have a child with dairy allergies, and they are very careful to ensure there’s no cross contamination during the process, they change their gloves, etc…it’s a pleasure coming here!“

“I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and I love this place so much. The owners are so wonderful and always remember me when I come in. This place is a true gem. Food is always fresh and piping hot. I will always come here over any other place. I do wish they still did the buffet. I loved the mango chicken they used to have and I wish they would make it as an entree on their menu.
I got the sesame beef adding a little spice, spicy chicken fried rice, pork egg roll, spring rolls and fried dumplings. AMAZING as always!“

“I stopped here on my way through town after a long day of work. I was torn on what to get and ended up getting the french dip. It was not bad, but it wasn't delicious. It does come with aju and aju sauce was good. And while the sandwich was not bad, it felt very light and was gone in no time. The curly fries, as always were the shining star. I upgraded to a large size, and it still did not feel like I got enough. If I remember right, they did have coke products, though so that's a plus is a lot of fast food restaurants have went to pepsi only. All in all it was a good place to eat but it wasn't somewhere that I would seek out to go back.“

“I went here for a light dinner since most of my first options were closed.I’m going to guess it was just the end of the day but the drink machine needed some cleaning. The floors near some tables near the walls weren’t much better.Fortunately, the sandwich I got - the Turkey Bacon Ranch - tasted good. The pickle spear was pretty crisp and not dripping with brine (I’m thankful for that).Overall, this Firehouse Subs did a good job on food but I hope they can improve their cleanliness.“

“Great service. We were asked if we qualify for the senior discount. No one had ever asked us that before. We do. So, received a 10% discount. The blizzards were good but looks like the medium size is not as big as in the past. Not surprising

“Wanted to wait until I visited this new location at least four times before giving an honest review. Well, after four visits are not completed, I will say that the staff and owner of this place are doing things the right way! I used to be a subway and Jimmy Johns customer, but after visiting this location multiple times, I am now a Jersey Mike's customer. The owner is really outgoing and easy to talk to, making things more relaxing once the order is being processed. The staff that prepares the food are friendly also, and they aim to please as much as possible (within reason). The sandwiches are built with care, not sloppily put together like other establishments I have visited. The facility is clean, and safety making the sandwiches is always practiced. They are also very efficient getting the order processed in a timely manner. For the near future, this will be my "To-go" place for fast food. Thank you!“

“My son and I went inside to grab 3 take out meals, so I could look at meal options, inside of the drive through. Food looked and tasted great. Husband even complimented the taste of his bowl. Only bad thing I can say, is they only gave us one set of silverware in our bag and one fortune cookie. So it is good we went inside, where I had grabbed extra silverware and napkins on the way out.“
