We visited Firebirds Wood Fired Grill on Father’s Day weekend and ended up having a memorable experience for all the right reasons.

After calling ahead to move up our reservation, the staff was able to accommodate us, which we greatly appreciated. Once seated, we took our time looking over the menu and eventually ordered from the three-course special. I asked for a Chicago-style steak, and while the restaurant doesn’t specifically offer that...

I’m an out of person so this is new to me. Honestly really good food. Thought the steak would be longer than thick however that’s what I’m used to so no biggie. The steak and fries are great more loving the fries than the steak, the steak was good bit charred but still good regardless. Didn’t taste much of the garlic butter which is sad but no biggie.

The service was great like really great my group got their drinks refilled...
