Solid 4 star breakfast.(Edit to add: i'd give 4.5 if I could) Nothing fancy, just good hot breakfast food. Prices are good and service is always nice. The inside is clean and looks maintained . Been here a few times now, and my go to place in the area.
IHOP probably offers the best value that any diner could offer. In addition, the service is usually very accommodating, friendly and fast. What more can you ask?

The place is semi clean- windows and floors need some love, but the food was really good, they have filtered water. Bathrooms are also very clean. Staff always on point! Good place!
