While the smoothies are great, there are complaints about unreliable hours, with instances of early closures. Despite this, many customers appreciate the service and quality, making it a go-to spot for delicious smoothies. The staff is always very clean, fast, and friendly. Customers can never go wrong with a Gladiator smoothie. The new manager, Greg, is really nice. The store is very clean, and the bathrooms are very nice compared to other establishments. Customers can tell the staff cares about what they do and loves being there.
