“Stopped in tonight after a long day and not wanting to cook. The bartender was so friendly and helpful and didn’t pressure us to drink (we’re sober). Best burger I have had in iowa and the tots were so crispy!!! We will definitely be back, just make sure you have cash because they don’t take cards but they do have an ATM!!! 12/10 recommend.“

“Our band #Maximus played here just last night, and what a blast we had working with awesome ownership and staff. Great crowd, great bartender, great food, terrific owner who delivered on EVERYTHING and a great night was had. I would go back to drink, eat, party, play pool, play music, anything really. Give these guys some love and business, we need more places like this to thrive!“

“Our family just got home from eating at the Outpost for the first time and I was pleasantly surprise with the experience. The food was very good and priced well. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely add the Outpost to our list of locally owned businesses to spend our money.“

“Saved the night on a last minute reservation for homecoming. I called and they were super friendly and quickly set up for the group. Everything went so smoothly, the kids loved the food and environment! Waitress was the best. thank you!!!!“
