“My family came to Cabaret after 8 pm. There were no customers when we arrived and there was only one person working. He said they had been fairly slow. After we came, several people came in. The guy working was a champ! He took care of everyone, all the food, drinks etc. Even slammed, he maintained excellent customer service! Food was great as well!!“

“Definitely tue best and coolest bar in the midwest hands down the folks that work here are very down to earth friendly and so welcoming me and my wife being travelers popped in here for a brew and were welcomed by everyone there with such friendliness especially by tim the bartender we had a fantastic night here with great conversation and overall a great time we love this place and anyone that wants a cold drink in an awesome atmosphere should stop by farneys you wont regret it love you guys 'Andrew and Marina -the train kids :D“

“Best bar in town, great evening bartenders, but the woman working during the days is rude so I would suggest not going in til after 6. Tap is 2.50 and 7.50 for a pitcher so its really cheap. Great place. Pool table is too close to wall, would be great if place was expanded for more seats, and game area“
“Drinks are not watered down and reasonably priced. Dunker, the proprietor, is often on site, chatting with his customers and ensuring a good time. The place is packed during prime hours and while you may at times be shoulder to shoulder, the vibe of the place for the most part is pretty good.“

“My wife and I are visiting Burlington for the first time and got lucky when we found this place. Amazing food, great drinks, excellent staff, and a cool environment with awesome music in the background. We had the cheese curds, Birria grilled cheese, and fish tacos all were the bomb! Now I just need to comeback sometime and try “the best burger in Burlington”.“

“We always make a trip out here when I'm in Iowa. My family loves the tenderloin and it is marvelous! Huge portions of sides. You gotta love the jukebox that always seems to have credits already in it. Don't let the outside fool you, it's family friendly!“
