Tonight my partner and I came through the drive through with just five minutes to spare at the end of the night. Normally we are not “those people” and we felt guilty holding the staff up. That being said everyone was super nice about it and the food was fresh very grateful for them.
No customer service...

Do they reference the table # or ticket # or the plastic number that you pick up?
NONE of these show up on progress screen.
Maybe I should just eat at home.
Or do I need to bring my own eggs .?Never paper for receipts...

The person taking the order wasn't friendly at all. She didn't get my drinks order correct plus she charged me to a topping that I didn't ask for (i asked for a large caramel macchiato and a large mocah iced coffee.. I pulled around to the window to pay, I gave her and showed her my code for a free drink, she said, I don't think I can use that here.
