“The only thing nice about this visit was the lady working the gift shop. Who came over and told the kids there was something for them to find in the gift shop and gave them a paper to write Santa a letter. The guy setting people gave us no estimate of time for how long it was gonna take . We waited and hour and 10 minutes. After we were sat we asked the waitress if we could put our food order in because we knew what we wanted and we didn't want to wait any longer. She rudely said can I just get the drinks , then after we gave her the drink orders she asked for the food order. She could have poileltly told us she had to put the drinks in first to go ahead with the order. My daughter got a sprite it was out of syrup tasted like just carbonated water we let the waitress know . She rudely told us will that just how it is so that's how its gonna taste. So fine get her a root beer then but also what the heck. Wait like another 25 minutes nothing. Doesn't come back with my daughter's replacement drink or the alcohol drink my friend had ordered ..finally we just decided to go up and pay for the drinks we had got and leave went up front to do so. An the guy told us we could just leave , and followed us out , utterly terrible service. Sharing this here since the owner decided to lie when responding to my review. No wait time was ever given. No one ever slammed there fist down an the waitress was beyond rude telling us can I just get the drinks when we told her we wanted to place our orders. She was rude when we told her the syrup was out on my daughter's drink and her response was well thats just how it comes out of of the machine so that's how its going to be .That was her response literally word for word for word . To us telling her it was out and needed to be changed .Was i can get u another one but it going to come out of the same machine. Thats why we had let her know it was out of syrup so someone could change it. Then not only did 25 minutes pass with her not bringing my daughter a replacement sprite or even a root beer because I had even said fine she will just take a root beer then . Before we decided to just leave. An pay for our drinks we. We went up to the front the guy told us we could just leave and followed us to the door while telling us merry Christmas. I hope they train there waitress better on how to be polite an talk to customers the response to be told a soda is out of syrup should not be well that just how it comes out of the machine so that's just how its gonna taste it should be let me fix that or if u don't know how to fix it then say that and give the option for them to choose a different drink.“

“From Alabama and came thru Amana several years ago and on just a spur ate here on a business excursion. I have never eaten at a place that was so good from service and atmosphere to the delicious food. I’m willing to go back to Amana just to eat here again. So good“
