“I’ve ordered from FreshFit many times, including delivery and pickup. Delivery has been excellent. Friendly delivery person, efficient and organized. When I’ve been in the store (Urbandale), it’s been clean and organized with friendly staff present. The menu items I’ve ordered (mostly poultry) has been great! Nice quality, and I typically buy a little extra for the freezer. I like the nutrition labels on the product—makes meal planning quite easy!“

The convenience of their meals is unlike any other place, and the food is honestly amazing. I love coming here post gym for a protein shake, and stocking up on nutritious food and snacks so I can keep my calories in line. Whatever your macros are, they’ve got something that tastes great. They help me to choose which add-ons would be best and recommended an amazing salted toffee meal replacement.I’ll gladly pay eight dollars for a meal replacement that taste like a dessert and is 100% guilt free. I highly recommend you try Eastside nutrition - they’re located in the strip mall beside the Hy-Vee on East Euclid near the freeway.“
