“I do love the late hours for restaurant though I feel like they should offer 24 hour service in doors as well as out and they have a play area which is nice the fries are awesome

“Courteous service from the start; I got a ‘to go’ order… I dropped shake out in the parking lot, and I wanted to let the employees know there was a bit of a mess… they took care of it right away ( this is right before closing). I was especially impressed by the customer service from the employee who took my order.. relatively short female… personable, and efficient and obviously hard-working as well,, a great combo for an employee.. JS. The young man also reportedly asked her if I wanted another ( replacement) shake which I appreciated. I didn’t need another one , I had recovered the original one fast enough to salvage the better part of it. It’s just really nice to see that customer care is still thriving. And, while I’m relatively new to Boise, I can see there’s a lot of competition along that area of town.“

“Always great breakfast here! Sadly, I experienced a Male Karen here today, who didn't care for me taking photos! After I reminded him that he was in a public place, and strongly urged him to mind his own business, I continued taking pictures ?.“

“This is the best managed Burger King or maybe fast food restaurant I've visited. I highly recommend this location over all the rest. The staff is always friendly and really appear happy to be working there. I order my sandwiches with alterations that they always do perfectly. And they are so fast. I make a point to hang on to stop there when I'm in the region for a meal. My wife's cooking is still better, but not as fast!

Dietary restrictions: The employees will customize just about any silence the way you want it

Kid-friendliness: There are probably a hundred different drink choices (if you think about it) when you stop at this location of Burger King. My daughter loves their soda and drink machine.“

“Huge shout out to the man working the drive through tonight (might have been a manager or shift lead?) had a situation with a coupon that required my order to be re-rung up. Even though the situation could have been really frustrating for him, and the girl working the drive thru was getting upset, he calmly handled everything and even gave me a smile and looked me in the face after handing me my order. BK higher ups, please give this man a raise. Also please clearly state on the drive thru menu that if you have a coupon, you must mention it before ordering, even if the coupon is for one singular item, or fix this glitch in your system.“
