I've always had good experiences here until last night. I understand people have bad days sometimes. But last night the person working was a bit extra. I did a mobile order, went to drive thru. On the speaker he said go to second window. When I got there I was informed that he couldn't open my order and asked me to pull around to the front. I've never had a problem at this BK on Overland by Walmart west of Cole Rd. The food isn't overcooked, staff is friendly. The other BK down on Overland n Orchard is awful.. don't go there.
